Canal development project to prevent animal drownings in the Loiret

Concerned about the preservation of wildlife, the Hunters Federation of Loiret et Voies Navigables de France (VNF) has reactivated their collaboration by initiating a campaign of rational and effective development.

Several actions are carried out in this context: advice on the location of canal developments, awareness-raising among holders of neighbouring hunting grounds, analysis of mortality data, implementation of “venison-type” training by the FDC45 for VNF agents.
